“Paid $286.67 for a gel manicure with overlay and cat-eye, with NO extensions, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the work for that price. The overlay has no proper apex, my nails were over-filed, and several of the shapes are visibly uneven and slanted. For almost $300, I don’t think expecting proper structure, shaping and basic technical execution is unreasonable. I have photos documenting the issues and AM REQUESTING a full refund. I am happy to resolve this directly with the salon, but if they are unwilling to provide a reasonable resolution, I will pursue the available consumer dispute channels, including the Small Claims Tribunals if necessary. At $286.67, this was priced as a premium service. Unfortunately, the workmanship I received did not reflect a premium standard.”
