“I had a horrific experience today at Compass one. I had declined more than 5 times, to sign for another package. I even said sorry and informed the price was too steep. The price then went lower and lower. I was not allowed to come down from the chair, despite my nails were dried and completed. The lady stood right next to my chair refusing to move. There was no customer in the shop and I felt frightened, I had no choice but gave in to a package that costed $162. May I seek the management to look at the CCTV, that I had even returned the clip board while declining? I was not nasty, I declined politely each time. I understand its their job to sell but they should not corner customers in that way.”

“The shop is too tiny so one cannot relax or hv a good rest. So why would anyone spend on foot spa here when the place is cluttered and noisy? Worse is the forever perpetual hard selling. Despite on a package each time u go they still do the sales talk and persuasion to take on more package. Made my fren so scared to go for nail appt cos the pressure makes one wonder why even spend to create undue stress on yourself ? Also the staff all hv extremly long false nails that made your pedi mani session not at all complete. They cannot really massage your feet or do your nails shaping proper as they r hindered by their own long nails. They cannot actually use the tools or apply creams properly due to that. Think the owner needs to reconsider the strategy. As a customer i feel shortchanged. Pixie is almost like nail palace now where no one wants to do service, they just want to sell packages so the team is never focused on service.”
