“Very disappointing experience — little to no results after a year I have been undergoing PICO laser treatments for my under-eye dark circles and pigmentation for almost a year, and unfortunately, I have seen no improvement despite the time, money and commitment invested. What has made the experience even more disappointing is the constant pressure from consultants to purchase additional packages. Instead of feeling that my concerns were genuinely being assessed, I often felt that the focus was on selling me more treatments. I was also very uncomfortable with the way some consultants commented on my skin texture. Certain remarks came across as derogatory and made me feel self-conscious rather than supported. When someone is seeking aesthetic treatment, I believe they should be treated with professionalism, respect and sensitivity. After almost a year of treatment, I expected a meaningful improvement or, at the very least, an honest discussion about whether PICO laser was actually suitable for my concerns. Instead, I have experienced minimal results alongside repeated upselling. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the effectiveness of the treatments being recommended and the way consultants communicate with clients.”
