“Ive done injections (rejuran and plinest) at other clinics, only at this outlet do i always get bruised up See the image attached, this is after 5 days, and after 1 layer of tone up sunscreen too The doctors might be heavyhanded”

“I did Pico and yellow laser with Dr Penny and her service and skill is excellent. She is gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire treatment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional, caring, and attentive aesthetic doctor!”

“Dr Penny @ Somerset outlet had been doing pico laser for me. I have seen great results on my face. The staff there are friendly and make me feel welcomed on every visit.”

“Extremely disappointing experience at V Aesthetic Somerset with Dr Jonathan Wong. During my Rejuran treatment, I told Dr Wong that the injections were unusually painful and explained that I had received the same treatment by machine elsewhere without significant pain. Instead of addressing my concern, he continued talking about how good the product was. When I asked, “Did you hear what I said? I’m saying it’s very painful,” he replied: “Did you hear what I said? I’m injecting deeper.” I was shocked by both his response and his tone. He had never explained beforehand that he intended to inject deeper. When a patient expresses significant pain during a procedure, I expect the doctor to listen, explain and respond professionally — not speak to a patient this way. I also raised a more serious concern: after two previous Pico and Yellow Laser treatments at the clinic, I noticed through comparison with my earlier photos that the pigmentation around my temple had become noticeably darker and larger. It has become sufficiently concerning that I now need to seek an assessment from a dermatologist. When I raised this with Dr Wong, his immediate responses were that I already had pigmentation and whether I had been exposed to the sun. I was not asking him to accept blame — I wanted my concern to be taken seriously and professionally assessed rather than dismissed. Even before the procedure, when I accidentally touched my face while pointing out an area for treatment, Dr Wong reacted with an audible sound of annoyance instead of simply reminding me politely. Afterwards, the nurse acknowledged that his manner had been impolite and said she would report the incident to management. Overall, the experience felt more like an assembly-line operation than a medical consultation where a patient is listened to and cared for. I expect basic respect, clear communication and proper attention to patient feedback. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Jonathan Wong fell far below that standard.”
