“I had Botox for my forehead and crow's feet at the Toa Payoh branch on 15 June. After waiting three weeks, I noticed that the fine lines around my eyes had not improved at all. When I contacted the clinic, I was told that "results vary from person to person. I understand that Botox results can vary, but having absolutely no improvement is very difficult to accept. What disappointed me even more was that I was asked to pay an additional $10 per unit for a touch-up, even though it had been less than a month since the treatment. I have been getting Botox treatments for many years, and this is the first time I have experienced such poor results and after-sales service. Instead of standing behind their treatment, the clinic expected me to pay more for something that should have worked in the first place. It honestly made me wonder whether this is simply an upselling strategy. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I strongly not recommend this clinic based on my experience.”
