“I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The numbing was only done for about 5 minutes, followed by the Pico treatment which also took only around 5 minutes. The entire process felt very rushed. What was even more disappointing was the aftercare. After the treatment, I was simply left lying on the bed with no one attending to me or providing any aftercare instructions. Eventually, I had to get up and leave the place myself. Hope the management will take this feedback seriously and review standard of service provided.”
