“Great experience with Shyan and Chris. They were very sweet and advised well!”

“I’ve had multiple treatments here and spent thousands of dollars at this clinic. The treatment itself was solid, and the doctor is friendly and professional. However, the staff made the experience really uncomfortable due to constant high-pressure sales tactics. I was repeatedly told things like “you need to decide today/this month or you’ll lose the discount” and “if you don’t book your next session now, you’ll be charged a consultation fee when you come back for more medication.” They pushed me to commit to additional services immediately after a treatment — when I was in no state to make those decisions. And when I took a few days to think things over (well within the offer period), my follow-up messages were simply ignored. The level of disrespect toward a paying customer is honestly shocking. Great treatment shouldn’t come with this kind of aggressive upselling.”
