“My first visit to this store was in Aug 2024, it was my best facial experience ever. Most staffs were friendly and not pushy as compared to my previous experiences, they made me felt comfortable and I decided to try out a package. My original beautician left for studies and I was introduced to my current beautician, Kai Xuan. They always helped me review and evaluate my face condition before the treatment and explained to me patiently what kind of treatment they will be doing for me on that day. Even when I rejected the additional treatments or products they recommended, I don’t feel their disappointments and negativity which I feel it’s very pleasant. I also tried a few products such as the “Soft Clean”, “Vita B5 Hydrating Serum” and “Intense Hydrating H.A. Serum”, which were recommended to me for daily use and I felt that my pores were cleaner and more hydrated, my skin was more calm and not as red as before. The environment here is also warm and soothing. I always looked forward to my next visit.”

“TBVH the environment is great (infact the best out of all facial places I’ve been to) and their therapist is good. BUT I have to put this out there: THERE IS HARD SELLING ‼️ From a $48 trial package to a 5 session package. 5 out of 6 sessions, there’s always someone trying to tell me top up for additional treatment OR hard selling me new promotion packages after the treatment. At the end of my treatment, I told them I didn’t want to continue cos they have been irritating me so much. In fact, I would have extended the package cos I like the environment THAT much. They told me I could have told them so they wouldn’t try to sell me everytime. Ok, I’ll take their word for it, just a tip for all of you out there.”

“It was my first try to have facial treatment Hearing in Singapore and I felt so much pampered. Mick was so accommodating and explained to me very well the services they offered. Ni Xuan, my assigned Nation therapist was very gentle in dealing my sessions. She explained to me the products she applied and what they are for and her shoulder massage was very relaxing. It is highly recommended to have you facial treatment here.”

“Had a voucher for one of their facials. However, once I described my skin to them, they said that my skin was unsuitable for the treatment- which was okay, I completely understood that. I was about to leave. BUT they then tried to sell me a more expensive treatment... the voucher was worth $325 and they told me I had to top up $98? I understand that the voucher is for one treatment only. It was ridiculous how they tried to get me to pay, so that I didn't "waste my trip" to come down. I was clearly unhappy and was walking out, when they started telling me that if my skin got better I could come back to use the voucher. I told them straight, if they're saying all this, it's clear my skin type isn't suitable for the facial. The only thing I appreciate was that they didn't mess up my face. But that was such a horrible experience. EDIT: thank you for the response. HOWEVER, what you are saying is inaccurate. I'm not sure what was communicated, I have no eczema on my face. I have it on my body which is probably what you're seeing on the form I filled in. My skin type is sensitive, and thus the skincare ingredient, glutathione, which is used in your facial, is not suitable for my skin. We spoke about this and the therapist agreed. If the facial can't be exchanged to something that suits my skin, that's completely okay. Why is your team pressuring me to pay more then, if your voucher terms say otherwise?”
