“Really enjoyed my treatment at Skinlab. Did a trial and decided to sign up for a package. No hardselling during the treatment. Mei Ting took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommend treatment. Price is on the higher end, but with first timer discount, the per session price is still reasonable. The treatment was so comfortable that I fell asleep. My skin looks brighter and dark circle visibly lightened after the treatment. Look forward to future treatment.”

“I recently went for a facial treatment here and unfortunately developed a 2.5cm x 2cm swollen lump on my chin afterwards. I had to visit a GP and was put on a 9-day course of antibiotics to treat the infection. It was such a huge relief that the infection resolved without needing a drainage procedure. I had also paid a deposit for a facial package. After what happened, I submitted a request for a refund as I no longer felt comfortable continuing. However, my refund request was rejected. To be fair, the clinic was nice enough to allow me to use the deposit as credit towards ala carte sessions instead, which I appreciate. That said, from a customer’s perspective, this experience has made me realise that it may be better not to commit to a package immediately, especially when you don’t know how your skin will react to a treatment. At the same time, I do wonder about the alternative — if you decide not to sign a package initially and later return because the treatment suits you, would the package still be offered at the same promotional price, or would the price be higher by then? This is something I wish I had considered before committing to the package. Sharing my experience so that others can make a more informed decision before signing up for a package.”
