Editor’s note

Recent reviewers consistently praised the speed of the visit, with several noting no waiting time and a clean, pleasant store. One reviewer described Rachel as friendly and patient in explaining the treatment, while another said Lynn explained every step and the aftercare, leaving them feeling comfortable.

Several customers, including a first-time visitor with limited English, said the staff were warm and patient with paperwork and questions, and that the process was painless with a soothing gel. Reviewers also appreciated no hard selling and a branded tote bag with a post-treatment guide.

One reviewer was disappointed with nothing specific beyond a general wish for more, so overall the feedback was positive.

“Was my first time at Japan IPL. I went there to run errands hence decided to visit the branch at WWP. The lady who served me was very friendly, the whole session was fast too. Knowing that i would definitely revisit again, I signed more shots to enjoy lower price per shot”
