“Very disappointing experience. I made my way down to the Raffles Place MRT outlet specifically for my TriLight Therapy treatment. I was aware that there was an event for new customers today, which was exactly why I specifically checked with the staff beforehand whether existing customers could still proceed with their treatments. I was clearly told that it was possible. I was then asked to fill in a form with my name, contact number and treatment area. I also specifically asked whether there was a queue and whether I needed to wait, and was told that I did not need to wait. However, after I indicated “face” as my treatment area, the staff checked with another staff member and only then informed me that face and legs treatments were not available during the weekend as they required a longer treatment time. I was told to come back on Monday instead. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If certain treatment areas were not available due to the event, this should have been communicated clearly, especially when I had already proactively asked the staff about the event and whether existing customers could still receive treatment. I also checked the website and Telegram, but there was no clear information stating that face and leg treatments would be unavailable during the event. What made the experience even more disappointing was that after I raised the issue, the company checked with their Operations Team and confirmed that TriLight Therapy could actually be accepted. By then, I had already been turned away by the outlet and was on my way home. To be clear, this was not a misunderstanding on my part. I specifically asked the staff beforehand, received confirmation that I could proceed, and was only rejected after arriving and completing the registration process. I hope the management reviews this incident seriously and improves communication between the Operations Team and outlet staff. Customers should not be inconvenienced by inconsistent information, especially when they have made the effort to check beforehand. I would also appreciate a proper resolution to this situation, rather than simply being asked to return to the outlet after I had already made the trip down.”
