Recent reviewers consistently describe the staff as warm and patient, with Jiayi praised for her enthusiasm and professional attitude. Several mention that the team explained each step clearly and offered no hard selling or pressure on packages.

Treatments mentioned include underarm IPL, the Brazilian treatment, and the newer Trilight facial option, where one customer noticed a lighter fine smile line after early sessions. “We initially went to Japan IPL Express at Parkway Parade just to enquire about their services and did not expect to start any treatment on the same day. However, we had a very pleasant experience with the staff. They took the time to explain the treatment and options clearly, and most importantly, there was no hard selling or pressure at all. We felt very comfortable with their approach and the information provided, which gave us the confidence to go ahead and start our first treatment today. Overall, a very positive first experience. We really appreciated the friendly, professional and no-pressure service. Looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks to Jiayi for the assistance.”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience at Japan IPL Express. This is my third underarm IPL treatment, and I’m really happy with the results. My underarm hair has been growing much more slowly, and by the fifth month, I didn’t need to shave at all—only a few fine hairs had grown back. The therapist was professional, friendly, and patient. She explained every step clearly, and communication was easy, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. The treatment was quick, gentle, and much more comfortable than I expected. The salon was clean, quiet, and had a fresh, pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Japan IPL Express to anyone looking for effective and comfortable IPL hair removal.”
