Editor’s note

Recent reviewers describe a smooth, unhurried visit, with several saying the team was not pushy and the process felt quick and comfortable. Vennice was singled out for explaining everything clearly before a Tri-Light full-face and Ad-Light underarm session, and Jessica H was described as friendly and nice during a promo weekend visit.

Others praised the clean and cosy outlet and staff who answered questions patiently, even adding a requested extra quilt without fuss. One reviewer valued the personalised product recommendations offered without pressure, and another noted the friendly, polite therapists despite not buying a package.

One reviewer planned to continue treatments only after seeing how the first areas responded, which suggests results may take time to judge.

“Had a great experience at Japan IPL Express Northpoint! The team wasn't pushy at all, which made the whole session super comfortable and stress-free. Vennice was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. I did the Tri-Light for my full face and Ad-Light for underarms. Her technique (手艺) was really good, and the entire process was quick, painless, and completely comfortable throughout. Highly recommended!”
