“I’ve been a loyal Browhaus customer for more than 10 years, starting at the Raffles City outlet and now visiting Wheelock. The staff are always friendly, and the brow resurrection technique has improved significantly over the years. Recovery is now almost painless, with no itching or discomfort. I’ve also tried Plasma Lift but didn’t notice much improvement, so I stopped. I recently did upper and lower Eye Define. The procedure felt a little uncomfortable since it’s so close to the eyes, but it wasn’t painful. Recovery has been smooth, except for slight tenderness on my left upper eyelid when applying the aftercare product. Lip Define was the toughest treatment. The first session was very painful until I learnt I could request more numbing cream. The touch-up was much more comfortable. I love not having to apply lipstick or worry about it smudging. Be prepared for some downtime. Your brows will look very dark at first, your lips may swell for a couple of days, and it’s obvious you’ve had something done initially. Overall, I’m very happy with my brows, eyeliner and lips. The only downside is the price—Browhaus is definitely more expensive than many alternatives. Even the aftercare kit costs $86 for the small size or $177 for the regular size. Still, I prefer the results over those I’ve seen elsewhere.”
