“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish due to poor administration and scheduling. Back in March, I booked my brow embroidery appointment with a specific therapist, Tody, and the appointment was accepted and confirmed. However, just one day before my appointment, I was informed that Tody could not perform my treatment because my package was for a Specialist therapist while Tody is under the Master category. My issue was never with the package policy itself. I completely understand different therapist tiers. The problem was that this mismatch should have been identified and communicated when my booking was made three months earlier, not the day before my appointment. Although Browhaus acknowledged that this was an administrative oversight, no goodwill resolution was offered. I was simply asked to proceed with another Specialist therapist, Cherry. Unfortunately, the experience on the appointment day reflected the same lack of planning. I arrived early at 1.10 pm and was initially told to return at my scheduled appointment time of 1.30 pm because Cherry was still attending to another customer. When I returned at 1.30 pm, I was then informed that the previous customer had arrived late and that I would need to wait another 20 minutes. After noticing my frustration, the staff spoke with Cherry, who kindly tried to accommodate me. She applied the numbing cream before returning to continue with the other customer, then attended to me once the other appointment was completed. It was evident that she was doing her best while juggling two customers because of the schedule. I want to make it clear that Cherry herself was professional, skilled and gentle throughout the procedure. My brow embroidery was virtually pain-free, and I appreciate the effort she made despite being placed in a difficult position. When I enquired about continuing with eyelid embroidery afterwards, she explained that she had not even had lunch (it was almost 3pm at this time) because she had back-to-back appointments and I was slotted in to her as a last minute appointment despite being booked months prior. While I understand I had not booked that additional service, it highlighted the workload placed on the therapists and the lack of buffer in the schedule. My disappointment is therefore not directed at Cherry, but at the management and front-line administration. From the booking error months ago to the delays on the actual appointment day, the experience reflected poor communication, inadequate planning and a lack of service recovery. Apologising is important, but taking ownership and making a genuine effort to rectify mistakes is equally important. Unfortunately, this experience has eroded my confidence in Browhaus. Despite being a paying customer who had arranged my schedule around a confirmed appointment, I was left to bear the consequences of the company’s administrative errors without any meaningful attempt to make things right. As a result, this will be the last time I patronise Browhaus. I sincerely hope the management reviews its booking processes, scheduling practices and staff workload, because both customers and therapists deserve a better experience.”

“Will not recommend this branch due to an uncomfortable experience. I gave feedback on the spot, but the therapist became defensive. Only giving 3 stars as I still left with threaded brows. There was persistent upselling of embroidery even though I was there for brow tint and already have a package. I didn’t expect this from Browhaus. The therapist refused to apply tint to visible gaps despite me pointing them out, and the tint was lightly applied and faded within days. She also made dismissive expressions when I mentioned I had visited another branch previously.”
