Browhaus Parkway Parade

“I have been a Browhaus customer for a couple of years now, and I am extremely disappointed with how unprofessional and, frankly, unethical my recent experience has been. I had requested to change my appointment to Thursday, 3 September, as I was unwell. During my conversation with your team, I specifically requested Tina, and I was given the impression that the appointment had been successfully booked with her as per attached screenshot However, 3 days before my appointment, I logged into the booking website and discovered that the therapist had been changed to Kaushi — without any notification or communication from Browhaus whatsoever. Seriously, how is this acceptable? I purchased the Plasma treatment specifically with Tina because I trust her and am comfortable with her work. There is a reason I specifically requested her, and that preference was clearly communicated to your team. If Browhaus was unable to accommodate my request, I should have been informed rather than having the therapist changed behind my back. When I contacted customer service, I was then told that Tina is only available at 4pm. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I was originally booked with Tina at 6pm. If I had a confirmed 6pm appointment with her, why was my slot released and reassigned to another therapist without informing me? It raises a very serious question: Who changed my appointment, and why was I not notified? If another customer was given my original slot, or if someone on your end released and reassigned my booking, I should have been informed before any changes were made. Am I now expected to log into the booking system every single day just to make sure the therapist I specifically requested hasn't been changed without my knowledge? How am I supposed to trust Browhaus with my appointments if confirmed bookings can simply be changed without any notification? I do not have the time to constantly monitor the booking system, nor should I have to. This is not a reasonable expectation for a customer. I have been a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing.”

“Elsa does brow threading and plasma treatment for me. She is professional, quick and extremely good at what she does. She gives me space when I need it, and is open to chat if I'm up for it. I have not had the scheduling hiccups mentioned in other reviews, and my experience with the staff has been positive.”
