“I understand that nail technicians have sales targets, so I don’t mind being offered membership packages or promotions. That is part of the job. However, what I cannot accept is the unprofessional behavior I experienced during my appointment. While doing my nails, two nail technicians were speaking in Cantonese and gossiping about me and the previous customer because we chose not to purchase a package. Whether a customer decides to buy a package is entirely their own choice. No one should be judged or spoken about behind their back simply because they decline additional services. As someone who understands Cantonese, I found their conversation extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides better training on professionalism and customer respect. This experience left a very negative impression on me, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon.”
