“Very poor service.. workmanship of nails polish is unacceptable. 1 day after I did my nails, it started to peel off. Called for appt but when I appear I was told no appt made. So I had to show my hp to proof I actually did call. Price quoted on phone was $68 for both pedi n medi. Once I arrive I was informed there will be additional charges as we yet to include 9% GST.. So total price was around at $76. Only upon agreeing I was invited to be seated. Then 1 lady came with a piece of paper stating the amt I need to pay. Asked if I agreed, I said I did agreed that s why I m offered a seat inside now. Then came another lady, asking the same qn if I m agreeable to the amt before starting the service. Finally my pedi commenced. Abt 20 mins later another lady came to do my medi and she took the same piece of paper and wrote another amt stating $34 and said this is the price for medi and do you agree? By this time, I was fuming as I was already informed by 3 different person that my pedi and medi was at $76 including GST and I have agreed and started my session. Then when she saw my fuming face she when to counter check with her colleague. Then came back saying I m sorry. So now I m wondering if I was even quoted the correct price as I wasnt showed a price brochure or list. I felt insulted as I was asked on the price 3 times in total and made me seen as I m unable to pay. Or was I given this treatment based on my race as I was the only 1 of my race seated there. Truly sad to see such services in SG. Your price isn't cheap and yet people do choose to support your business. These are the reasons why ppl prefer to get out of SG to get all their services done. I will not recommend this place at all. To wash your feet with scrub is additional cost. They apply lotion for hand and feet but do not give any form of massage. I am not new to medi and pedi. Unfortunately my regular nail place where I have a package was under renovation hence I had to opt for another option and it was a disaster.”
