“Moon and Jonna identified the issue and were very professional in what they did, and they kept the space clean too. However, I would have preferred to be notified of a $10.90 "men's" service charge beforehand, rather than finding out after the service was already completed. As a trans person, being hit with a gender differentiated fee without warning feels really unfriendly and invalidating. It unfortunately ruined the experience, even though Moon and Jonna themselves were really friendly and professional.”

“My first time doing the service coz i wanted to relax but i felt more stress due to the constant treatment pushing. & the classic basic service wasnt really good..not very meticulous in their work. had to chk myself & request the certain areas to be re-filed. Yes i understand it is the basic & cheapest, but it is still money which cost almost $100. Nevertheless, the ladies were very friendly.”
