“This was my first facial in a long time! I’ve always been a little hesitant about going for facials because of the constant upselling and long sessions. However, my experience today was absolutely wonderful! April did an amazing job explaining every step of the treatment and providing advice based on my skin condition. She made me feel completely at ease, and I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. The session was quick, comfortable, and best of all, I could see the results immediately! “I went to this place maybe around two years ago. It was my first time going for a facial, and it was genuinely traumatising because till this day, I can’t forget how uncomfortable I felt during the experience. The lady asked me how old I was (which is fine if not for the way she reacted) and reacted to my responses to her unnecessary questions in an off-putting way; basically, she was being really judgemental of me. I get it: my skin is bad. The atmosphere was far from welcoming, much less pleasant. After this experience, I have never returned to that place or gone for a facial again; it will be some time before that happens.”
