Le soin est rapide, mais l’esthéticienne était très précise et appliquée dans chacune des étapes. J’ai trouvé le concept particulièrement intéressant pour bénéficier d’un soin ciblé sans y consacrer énormément de temps. L’institut se trouve dans un centre commercial et j’ai eu un peu de mal à le trouver au départ, mais c’est vraiment le seul petit bémol. Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un soin rapide et efficace. Je recommande !”

The value for money is exceptional, and the treatments are super quick, making it easy to drop in for a quick skin refresh. The team is warm and friendly, and the entire venue is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a fast, hassle-free facial! Cons: Payment options are a bit restrictive—you need to pay using cash or local cards/PayNow, which can be a minor inconvenience for visitors. “Horrible waste of time. Staff on duty was evidently slacking. Was told by the staff on duty (she still stood outside the outlet, as though for show that she was still working even though she wasn't) rudely that the store has closed (even though it wasn't even 9.30pm yet). Please do something about your staff. It clearly states on google maps 10pm (attached screenshot from the kskin website as well) while the staff still rudely says that it is the mall closing time even though it clearly states here that kskin somerset closing time is 10pm - undermining my English understanding. Came down here specially after a tiring day at work and wasted the trip and money.”
