Made a reservation with their customer service line however it wasn't communicated clearly and Cindy & staff that day (so sorry I didn't catch your name) thought I was doing lash and pedicure. After a few moments of clarifying, Cindy said she will be helping me although it may take a longer time. Understand the frustrations but also appreciated that she stayed till pretty late to help me achieve the results I wanted. Had a nice and uplifting conversation throughout the session.
