“Maybe it’s outlet issue. Had lash extension at Poiz. Hard sell on manicure when I had already stated only want lash extension. Scary part is when I have lied down with lash removal on(eyes closed), someone touches my nail and said can remove my gel now and choose colour later! Hard sell on lash packages and when I declined, they sighed and slam the calculator. Poor quality lash used - refer to image. Starts falling on the very day.”

“First time trying their facial, and I had chosen their Sothys Illuminating Glow treatment which at $98 for first time. As usual, after the treatment they will hardsell you to sign up the package, and of coz I didn't because was my first trying. And now, is my third day after trying, actually after the treatment I did nt feel any uncomfortable, other than eye feeling uncomfortable, however, after the facial day, the next day my face started to notices alot of redness and soon it started feeling itchy and until today already third day, my face still itchy and a lot of redness and something like pimples pop up a lot, this is what I did not experienced in other facial place before. Personaly feel quite sad because my face wasn't this bad ever, but after this facial it turn my face awful. Very bad experienced I had at this outlet.”

“Extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a Thai Style set and showed the lash artist the exact reference from their own IG Story, as well as a 5D reference to make it clear that I wanted a thicker set for an event the next day. After over 2 hours and $88, I left with what looked like a basic natural set that was nowhere close to what I asked for. Both eyes were also noticeably uneven, with fewer strands on one side. The lashes were so natural that I ended up having to wear falsies over them for my event, which completely defeated the purpose of getting extensions in the first place. If they couldn’t achieve the look I requested, this should have been communicated upfront. Really disappointing and not worth the time or money. Not to mention they kept hard selling...”
