Ltd. in February 2025 for $2,092.80 based on the recommendation that it was suitable for my skin concerns. After attending just one session, I was informed about the outlet closure and later returned for a follow-up where there was a discussion about additional treatments and costs, which I did not expect based on what I was initially told. This created confusion and led to a loss of confidence in continuing the package. After about a year now, the Tribunal has ordered refund. Overall, the experience was time-consuming and frustrating. Based on my experience, I felt that there were concerns about how information and options were presented before and after the purchase. Greater transparency and clearer communication would help consumers make more informed decisions.”
