“They give one information incomplete on WhatsApp and once on the clinic and in cabinet information changes. So very dissapointed. Didn’t do the treatment cause I don’t want to do something based on false information. Do not recommend this place.”

“This place don't even deserve one star. I purchased a facial treatment package from EI8HT Medical Aesthetics Pte. Ltd. in February 2025 for $2,092.80 based on the recommendation that it was suitable for my skin concerns. After attending just one session, I was informed about the outlet closure and later returned for a follow-up where there was a discussion about additional treatments and costs, which I did not expect based on what I was initially told. This created confusion and led to a loss of confidence in continuing the package. After about a year now, the Tribunal has ordered refund. Overall, the experience was time-consuming and frustrating. Based on my experience, I felt that there were concerns about how information and options were presented before and after the purchase. Greater transparency and clearer communication would help consumers make more informed decisions.”

“I had a pretty disappointing experience at this clinic. I booked a first-time V-line jaw treatment advertised at $249 SGD, but when I arrived, things felt misleading. After waiting about 15 minutes, the doctor told me I would actually need a different treatment costing $599, claiming it was “cheaper than usual.” That’s a big jump from what I originally signed up for, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. Since it wasn’t what I agreed to, I decided not to proceed. However, I was then asked to pay a $30 consultation fee, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. The staff also mentioned that this fee applies to tourists, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and confusing. Overall, the pricing and communication were not transparent. I would recommend others to be cautious and confirm all costs upfront before booking.”

“I deeply regret going for a treatment here. I only decided to try because they were advertising a promo for nasolabial filler, I knew I had to enquire for a certain amount of units already because they won’t explicitly state how many units is required and it’s actually a lot more expensive than the promo. What I was not prepared for though, was for them to IMMEDIATEDLY upon consultation say that the filler brand stated in the promo is not good/not recommended and said that i must use the “better” brand of filler instead which is of course more expensive. Looks like they selected that brand of filler to be used for the promo (and not explicitly stated as well) with zero intention of using it, but they probably tell the same thing to everyone who comes and tell them that it won’t last. They also said i shouldn’t do the nasolabial filler and told me that i won’t like the results and tried to convince me that i should do cheek filler instead to lift up the nasolabial area. I was honestly already angry that they were so unabashedly trying to scam people by straight away shamelessly redirecting you to more expensive options and back then I should have walked out of the clinic. The receptionist trying to hard sell you doesn’t even bother acting friendly and talks down on you sternly like as if you’re stupid for not following their recommendation. I was convinced by them to do the cheek filler instead and though the results were okay for the first 2 months (did nothing to my nasolabial area at all btw) it has now migrated lower in my face and not only made me look older but also WORSENED the nasolabial area which is what I came for in the first place. I have done aesthetic treatments and filler at other clinics before and this was my most unpleasant experience ever with such shameless practices. Even other places bother to act friendly when they’re hard selling you. Don’t bother with them, they’ll ruin your face”

“I came here for facial fillers. The young male doctor, didn’t get his name, was attentive and told me what treatment was best for me. Also gave me verbal advisory on what to do after the treatment. The filler treatment process was smooth and I could see the effects immediately. I signed up for the promo $399 package initially but changed to another more expensive package so I get fillers that can last for 1 to 1.5 years.”
