“I am very disappointed with my experience at Cosmo. I went there for a DR (diastasis recti) closure treatment after giving birth. Before starting the treatment, the staff took "before" and "after" photos and assured me that they would send the photos to me. I specifically confirmed this with them, and they agreed. However, when I later contacted them via WhatsApp to request my photos, I was told that because I did not sign up for their treatment package, my photos had been automatically deleted. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. They made a promise to provide me with the photos, but failed to honour it. If there was a policy to delete photos for customers who did not purchase a package, this should have been clearly communicated before the photos were taken. Instead, I was given an assurance that I would receive them. As a customer, I value honesty and transparency. Breaking a promise like this has damaged my trust, and I hope the clinic improves its communication and keeps the commitments it makes to its clients.”
