“Extremely unhappy with my experience at Cosmo Clementi. I was sold a 20-session Diode Brazilian Laser package including vajacial and serum add on prices (suggested by the clinic staff that it would be good for post laser treatment) costs SGD 7,000+ including GSD, but the treatment has been deeply ineffective. (It only has obvious result until 3 sessions). AND I FEEL LIKE I M BEING SCAMMED EVERYTIME I AM VISITING THE CLINIC. There was no shedding phase after 7+ sessions, and hair continued growing back within 2 weeks. It took until 3 weeks to notice even slight results. Instead of adjusting the machine energy to target the hair properly, staff repeatedly suggested me to visit every 2 weeks, the reason is that to target my hair growth cycle which is 2 weeks post laser and shaving, so that the laser will work. From my understanding that hair growth active phase takes 4-6 weeks, I have written evaluation form about this, and the staff explained me that according to our hormone the hair growth will be vary, therefore they suggested to visit every 2 week for my case)which makes no sense clinically for laser hair removal. Visiting this outlet was consistently frustrating and stressful. Spending 7k for negligible results and incorrect advice is unacceptable. After my third visiting, they even introduced me whether i wanted to buy another package of diode laser as they are having sales right now which i havent even finished my current 20 SESSION yet.
