Editor’s note

Recent reviewers consistently praised the staff for being friendly, patient and clear about each step, with Albee mentioned several times for explaining the process well and making first-timers feel at ease. Alyssa was singled out for being reassuring and efficient, and Karen was credited with attentive, helpful service that one reviewer said made the experience even better.

Customers described the hair removal treatments as gentle and quicker than expected, and one reviewer noted that the results were no hair after two sessions. Another compared the treatment with traditional IPL and found it more comfortable both during and after the session.

Reviewers also noted that no hard selling took place and that staff recommended suitable options, which one customer appreciated. One reviewer was less enthusiastic about the overall experience, though the majority of recent feedback was positive.
