Editor’s note

Recent reviewers consistently praise Yvonne, describing her as patient, thorough and professional, and several say she explained each step clearly so they felt at ease. One customer said the hair removal was pain free, while another noted the whitening treatment showed results after the first session.

Several reviewers mention that Yvonne's knowledge and clear step-by-step guidance made the visit feel comfortable, and one describes no hard selling and only good recommendations. Reviewers also single out the quick, soft touch during hair removal and the convenient location near the MRT exit.

One reviewer had a less positive visit, feeling rushed in choosing a service and pressed about a moisturiser, though this was a single account.

“when i entered the store, the staff was rather impatient and assumed what service i wanted when i hadn’t made up my mind. toggling among the services on the machine as she was rushing me to decide. she wasn’t even clear in her explanation when i tried to clarify the services provided. when i finally opted for the full face hair removal service, another staff assisted. as she was doing the hair removal, she was attentive. however, she started to hard sell the moisturizer. i understand it’s normal for the staff to promote the moisturizer but a line needs to be drawn. i find it distasteful that she had to make comments like “your pores are pretty terrible” the worst thing is she assumed that i would buy it even after i told her to give me time to consider multiple times. i’ve visited another outlet before and have never experienced anything like this. it was really disappointing”
