“I’ve been here for IPL treatments for 2.5 years, and the treatment experience itself has always been consistent and great. The staff are friendly, attentive, and constantly check in during the session to ensure I’m comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort. The actual treatment process feels professional and pleasant, which is why I kept returning. However, what consistently ruins the experience for me is the hard selling after every treatment session. Each time, staff will promote packages and additional services quite aggressively. During my visit yesterday, I politely mentioned at least three times that I wasn’t interested and that I had a dinner appointment to rush to, but the promotions continued as if my responses were ignored. It made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable and unfortunately left a bad taste after an otherwise enjoyable treatment experience. I understand that promoting packages is part of the business, but I hope the staff can learn to respect customers’ choices and boundaries when they have clearly declined or mentioned they need to leave. A less pushy approach would make the overall experience much more pleasant”
