“I’ve been following Apple since she was working at Sephora Westgate, so that probably says enough about how much I trust her with my brows! This time, she convinced me to try brow lamination for the very first time. I was honestly quite scared and hesitant because I wasn’t sure how it would look on me, but Apple reassured me and told me to trust her. And yes… she definitely proved me wrong because I LOVE the results! What I really appreciate about Apple is that she’s always patient and never rushes through the service. She really takes her time, pays attention to the little details and makes sure I’m genuinely happy with my brows before I leave. I also love how she recommends Benefit products that are suitable for me and teaches me what I can use to maintain or enhance my brows at home. I always enjoy her recommendations because she knows her products well and explains them nicely without making me feel pressured.
