“It is ridiculous how the brow service not appointment-based now. Walked in on Tuesday and staff was not there, so had to come back another day. Called in to check on Wednesday whether staff in on Thurs and gave my number to them to pass to benefit brow bar to arrange an appointment, but no call back. So I had to go again on Thurs to just be informed that appointment all full on Thursday until 8pm. Worst arrangement and organisation”

“I recently visited two of your outlets for brow services, as I was informed that these services are now provided on a walk-in basis. However, on both occasions, I was turned away because the outlets were fully booked. I am confused about how the outlets can be fully booked if the service is supposed to operate on a walk-in basis. Furthermore, I noticed that appointments are still being taken, which seems to contradict the walk-in policy. Could you kindly clarify the process and explain why appointments are still being accepted? Apart from that, while i am still thinking of a way to work this out, your crew went on and took another person for brows when i reached first. What is the point of walk in policy if it’s not being adhered? And if where is the professionalism if they can just make booking through private message, instead of walking in? She even taught me how to fill up my uneven eyebrows and make it thicker but naturally. She was really professional and keeps having conversations with me during the service.
