“My first visit was great, but this visit proved quality here depends entirely on your stylist’s mood, not skills. The "Master" Stylist was visibly not in the mood today and made sure my hair reflected that. Halfway through, I sensed something was wrong and commented. She shut me down with a irritated and curt "It's not done!" SURE. Because the finished result resembles Willy Wonka's bob in the chocolate factory. It takes real talent to take years of professional experience and produce something this breathtakingly bad out of pure spite. A conscious choice was made to ruin someone's hair simply because she could. If your work quality is completely dictated by your headspace, choose a different career. Nobody’s appearance should be held hostage by your bad mood. Never coming back.”
