“Very poor experience with a haircut by Senior Stylist Agess at the Marina Square branch. Wash was sloppy. It took less than 5 minutes. Haircut was worse. She gave blunt choppy cuts all over. It was over in 3 minutes. I think even a trainee/ student could have done better. Her attitude was aloof and expression was deadpan, as if she was unwilling to come to work. Definitely not worth the senior price tier. This is a mockery to kimage, where I have been frequenting for the past twenty years. I have been served by meticulous, professional stylists such as Michelle, Cecilia, Kelly and Leo. Agess is definitely a falling off and a disappointment.”
