“I find the door masssge here excellent. Ann is an excellent therapist. I have been patronising the outlet for years, however I find the current counter staff very rude. She is a bespectacled lady. The previous lady Laura was so much better and more polite. The current counter staff sighs and answers curtly and rudely when I ask something. And this has happened more than once. She really mars the otherwise excellent service . I really do hope she gets transferred to another outlet”
