Wonderful Finger Massage

★★★★★

“Professional, no nonsense massage. In rather inglamorous surroundings, but inside is clean & efficient. Well worth a visit. English skills are somewhat limited, but that's no barrier to a top-tier massage, at a most reasonable value.”

“Massage pressed too hard from not sore become sore. Would not recommend. Already told her not to press so hard but still do”

“We are so happy to have found Wonderful Finger Massage. Every massage therapist we have tried is highly skilled and experienced, and we always leave feeling refreshed and much better. This is now the only massage place we go to. Whenever we return from a holiday, the first thing we do is book a massage for the next day because we miss it so much. It works wonders for relieving our jet lag! One small request: please don’t visit if you’re unwell, out of consideration for the hardworking therapists and other customers. Some people may think the staff sound loud when taking appointments over the phone, but they’re not rude at all. They’re simply enthusiastic, friendly, and always do their best to accommodate our preferred appointment times. I also want to thank Ailing for helping me with my swollen knee. I limped for three months and couldn’t even walk down the stairs properly. After seeing Western doctors and even a physiotherapist in Germany without any improvement, I finally agreed to try Ailing’s electrotherapy. Ailing and Lisa even came in very early to accommodate us. After just one session, I was able to walk down the stairs again without limping, and I was amazed by the improvement. Ailing is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Lisa is also very skilful and always warm, friendly, and helpful. She has even been learning more English so she can communicate better with us. We highly recommend Wonderful Finger Massage!”

“I called and made an appointment for electrotherapy. I was told on the phone that our booking was confirmed for 9pm. However, when we arrived, the staff informed us that electrotherapy was not available for that day and that we would need to come back another day and make a new booking. The communication was also extremely disappointing. The staff could not understand English at all, so I tried using a translation app to explain that we had already confirmed the appointment with them. It clearly looks like the staff had no idea of what I spoke on the phone when I made the appointment. Instead of helping to resolve the situation, the staff became agitated and raised her voice after coming outside of the shop We made the trip based on a confirmed booking, only to be turned away upon arrival. This was a complete waste of our time and showed a lack of professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend this place. Worst service I have experienced. Please have an English speaking staff or train your staff to speak in English🤦‍♀️”
