“I visited Wang Zu Ge Massage Center at Blk 271 Bukit Batok around 8:30 pm for a 1-hour foot reflexology session, expecting a professional massage. The massage on my left foot was good because the therapist was fully focused on the treatment. However, when she started massaging my right foot, another customer came in. She began talking to the customer while continuing my massage, and her attention was no longer on my treatment. The quality of the massage dropped, and I became frustrated. I asked her to stop the massage because I was unhappy with the service. She then told me I still had to pay $32 because she had massaged me for about 40 minutes. I paid the amount, even though I did not receive the professional 1-hour service I had expected. I spent my time and money travelling to your massage centre and expected better service. I hope the management will investigate this matter, improve service standards, and ensure therapists give customers their full attention throughout the treatment. 60min $38 40min $32. No meaning about their rates”
