“I tried their $98 trial of 80 minutes dry brushing and massage. 5 stars for the session: It's a very nice experience starting from when I stepped in: nice ambient lighting, lemongrass smell and soothing music. The session by Sue was great, even though it was named relaxing massage, she applied firm pressure and technique so it doesn't just feel like gliding with oil like some other places. 1 star for the pricing structure: at the counter, I found out that the usual price of a relaxing massage is $88. (1) However on the website they promoted the trial's usual price as $328, and on the receipt it says $198. It's a bit hard to believe that the 20-minute dry brushing is $110/240 which costs more than the 60-minute that requires more strength and effort. (2) The minimum package that they are selling is 5+1 (5 hours + 1 hours) = $498 total = $83 per hour. If a customer didn't think too much into it, they might think that it is buy 5 free 1. It's basically just for a package of 6, there is $5 discount per session. That's all. There is no reason to put 5+1 instead of 6 as the last session is not free nor half price or have other special discounts!”

“Every time this 1 year old changed mgt spa changes receptionist they always give customers problem, we are rejected to request our regular masseur that we prefer and the most ridiculous reply from their Ms Irene Operations Mgr was that in my purchased package it was not stated to have a specific masseur. Come on! Of cos no one would have a named masseur but common industry practice that a client could request for one that they are used to. I'm utterly disappointed with such practice and reply. Super unprofessional...”
