Helen, my therapist, was not only friendly but also took the time to explain each step of the treatment. The extractions were gentle, causing minimal discomfort. My skin feels noticeably more hydrated and brighter following the treatment. Pei Pei also offered comprehensive post-treatment advice and product recommendations. It is pleasant dealing with her as she is very thoughtful with zero hard sell, unlike what I've experienced with most facial spas.”
