“Booked the Ritual experience and overall had a really good experience. The treatment included the massage, a mini facial and head spa. I especially enjoyed the head massage and wash. Pressure was good and the head massages was very relaxing, which relieved alot of tension in my head. Staff were friendly and quite attentive throughout. They also checked on the massage pressure a few times which I appreciated. The outlet itself is clean, new and comfortable. Unlike my experience in another outlet, I didn't feel like they were rushing through the treatment even though it was quite busy when I went. Didn't really expect much since the whole treatment was only around $55, but there was actually quite a lot included for the price. Good value and no frills. Definitely coming back again whenever I need to decompress.”

“Booked the Ritual experience, which included a massage, facial, and head scrub/massage. Everything was great until the head scrub and massage. As some other reviewers have noted, therapists here can be pretty aggressive and tend to use their nails to scrub. My therapist was definitely one of them. They were focused particularly on the right side of my head which led to some discomfort during the treatment. However, it wasn’t until after I left the salon that I realized the discomfort was actually an abrasion, upon further examination. Whole experience was $55 and requires a $10 deposit to confirm online bookings. I would return IF and only IF therapists decide to stop being overly enthusiastic with the use of their nails. I’m already expecting another copy-and-paste response here. Looking at the business’s responses to other low-rated reviews, there seems to be a recurring pattern of similar replies. It might be more helpful to change up the approach and actually reach out to customers to understand what happened and address their specific concerns with the individual therapists.”
