“I am a long time customer of Strip which is under the same group. Decided to try out its Spa Esprit for massages & facial treatments as Wheelock Place is accessible for me. On the same day, I did 2 trials - one for massage & the other for facial treatment. For a 60min deep tissue massage, my therapist Mary is excellent in her skills & rapport with customers and I feel at ease throughout the whole session. As there are different rooms for massage & facial treatment, I need to change room after the massage. Since I need to go to the restroom anyhow so that’s ok for me. For the trial for facial, i went with therapist Juan. In general, i feel that Juan knows what she is doing & takes her initiative to share skincare tips and info. I’m quite happy with the services hence I got the 5 sessions package (off-peak) which is within my budget. One thing to add - what impresses me about this group is it does not hardsell, unlike some beauty or nails studio in Ngee Ann City which is a real turn off.”

“came to try out their deep tissue massage trial via a friends recommendation, where i was served by Mary, who was extremely sweet and accommodating :3 the experience started with picking out a scent to go with your massage, i chose a citrusy woody ish scent that smelled absolutely heavenly. as i was new to getting massages, she made sure that the entire experience was super stress-free, and privacy was definitely not an issue here as they are extremely respectful !! the room was fragrant and the ambience was very calming and soothing, the dimmed lights gave off a very relaxing vibe. they also have a shower if u need to freshen up after, as well as towels, disposable underwear, and hangers for your clothes etc. after my massage was over, Mary kindly helped to wipe the oil off my back with a warm towel, and prepared a complimentary calamansi drink for me outside after i was done. the drink was sweet and very refreshing, and she made sure to check in if i was comfortable throughout the entire session. definitely would come back again, this was probably one of the best services i've ever gotten !! :3”

“Been visiting Spa Esprit for awhile now and have always enjoyed Hardiana's massages as she hits all the right spots and adjusts her pressure to just the right amount that's comfortable yet relieves your knots. However, with my recent visits I've noticed that the massages can start later even when you're on time, or end earlier than your slot, which makes me feel shortchanged as a customer. Additionally, during my most recent visit, I was asked for my ID even though I've visited before. That was fine, except that I noticed the receptionist was on a video call with someone else on the phone while she was reading my IC number out loud as she keyed it in. That made me extremely uncomfortable as it makes customer privacy seem unimportant, and makes the establishment appear extremely unprofessional.”
