“A disappointing experience with Skindays. I opted for the Expert Facial with Intensive Extractions, mainly because my concerns were whiteheads and blackheads. Before the facial, I clearly shared these concerns with the therapist. However, throughout the facial, I hardly felt any extraction being done. The only thing I could really feel was the therapist squeezing one protruding pimple. I was expecting more attention to the whiteheads and blackheads that I had specifically highlighted, so I left feeling quite disappointed with the extraction portion of the treatment. To be fair, the massage was very relaxing, and the overall experience was comfortable. However, considering that I specifically chose the Intensive Extractions facial, I expected the extraction component to be much more thorough. Another thing I noticed was the hard-selling of their membership during the visit. I understand that they are promoting their membership, but it was slightly uncomfortable, especially when the membership price could also be purchased online. Overall, the relaxing massage was a plus, but for a facial that was specifically chosen for intensive extractions, I felt that the treatment did not meet my expectations.”
