“Dear Sir/Madam, I am a regular customer at Quick Massage (CityLink) and usually visit weekly for foot, shoulder, and back massage. I am writing to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience I had today involving one of your staff, a masseur named Audrey. Unfortunately, her attitude was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. After completing my foot massage, I was about to proceed to my usual shoulder and back massage and intended to use the first massage chair, which I regularly use for this purpose. However, I noticed that Audrey was asking another customer to sit on that chair. I immediately informed her that I was going to use the chair for my shoulder and back massage. Instead of responding politely, she spoke to me in a harsh and rude tone, saying, “You never say you want to sit on this massage chair. Now then you say you want to sit.” Her manner was very unpleasant, and she did not offer any apology or explanation. As a customer, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable due to her attitude. I have always enjoyed my massages at Quick Massage, which is why this incident was particularly disappointing. I hope that the management will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better customer service standards are maintained.
