“Recommended by colleagues when I felt unwell in back and necklace, tried a few times, very professional TCM tuina with good environment and services, I was lucky that the reception arranged Candy, thanks to Candy, my back and neclace is much better now with less pain, now the focus is waist and leg, keep going!!”

“Very disappointing receptionist service. I had previously purchased a package with them and called to enquire about how many hours I had remaining. While I was still on the call, the receptionist told me she couldn't check for me because she was "on the other line." I was genuinely amazed by that response. If you're already attending to my call, shouldn't my enquiry be handled properly? It left me wondering whether my call was important or if she was simply too occupied with other conversations. The issue wasn't that she needed some time to check the information, but rather the lack of professionalism and customer care in the way it was communicated. Based on this experience, once I have completed my remaining package, I do not intend to return or use their services again.”
