“I received a call today from the counter staff regarding my massage session. During the call, she accused me of complaining about the masseuse and said that the masseuse had confronted her because I supposedly told the masseuse that the counter staff had described her as “old”. I did not say this at all, nor did I make any complaint about the masseuse. I was therefore extremely shocked to be accused of something I had never said or done. What was even more unacceptable was the manner in which the counter staff spoke to me. Instead of clarifying the situation professionally, she called me with a confrontational and accusatory attitude and effectively scolded me over what appears to be an internal misunderstanding between the staff. I find this extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. Whatever miscommunication may have taken place between the counter staff and the masseuse should have been handled internally and should never have resulted in a customer being called, wrongly accused and spoken to in such a manner. I expect management to look into this seriously. The attitude of the counter staff was extremely poor, unprofessional and disrespectful, and I was genuinely shocked by the way I was treated as a customer.”

“我知道老板是华人所以我就用中文。昨天去了这美容按摩中心，付了按摩和用设施的钱。按摩师很专业又友善，按摩非常舒服。但是我非常不满意那里的厨师。我下午四点半因为没吃午餐就点了快熟面。然后去休息房里休息然后去泡温泉，旁晚七点半时再点个晚餐，但和厨师点餐时他看起来非常不爽，还去柜台那说我的坏话。这事件让我非常生气。我去留学之前时是这里的常客，本来打算回澳大利亚之前在捧场，但因为这件事件让我非常排斥。如果顾客点餐非常麻烦，请考虑变回自助餐。谢谢”
