“Masseuse named “Kok” was rude and showed an unhappy face when I have specific request to massage my foot. This guy SIGHED at my request. Like dude relax I’m just asking to focus on my heel. I also told him to soften but he intentionally pressed even harder. His last fingernail was also long and felt uncomfortable. His massage is so violent that I was shaking on the chair. This is not therapeutic but torture. This is such bad experience. Worst experience in fact.”

“I just used their shower for SG$27.50. It is average, the dry space is very small, there is no stool (if I am at the age to pay for a shower in an airport, I am at the age where I appreciate a stool to put back my socks and shoes) and poorly ventilated so it is very hot. No shampoo, only a disposable towel. I saw the shower in the international part is at SG$20, so might be a better deal.”
