“Long time customer of 10years but lately they are getting subtly pushy with their manager eyeing the consultant conversation with customer each time after facial is done to push sales. Super awkward like the prpaid customer owe them or something. This is why customer don't feel like renewing or buying more.”

The deep tissue massage was merely rubbing your skin and there is no skills nor technique at all. Total lack of knowledge and technique.
