“Tried the 30-min neck, back and shoulder massage. I requested Ping Ping based on reviews. Ping Ping started off with explaining that she might not be able to cover all areas adequately because 30 mins is brief. I appreciate that she makes the effort to set the expectation right from start. When I said I understand and prefer 30 mins she did not insist or push for more time. So no hardselling whatsoever. Ping Ping is an experienced and skillful therapist. She instantly knows the painful and sore areas just by touch. She is well-versed with the interconnectivity of the body anatomy. For instance if your back or waist is sore, she will explain the stiffness of the hips or legs are causing the problem and she will give some attention to those areas. I find it easy to communicate with her. Overall it was a great experience. The place is neat and clean. Service attitude is superb. Their charges are slightly more expensive but you pay for the quality and service.”

“I was experiencing bad lower back pain and stiff shoulder. Chance upon this kangdao wellness spa at beauty world centre level 1 (usually most of the foot massage shops were on level 2). It's really clean and proper and professional. My masseur is jia jia and she was very patient and know how to relive all the pain points. Highly recommended.”
