“visited the spa on 23/04/26 and had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was polite and professional, with no hard selling at all. She patiently explained the different modes of payment, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The therapist cici was highly experienced and courteous. She was attentive to details—adjusting the room temperature and regularly checking if the massage pressure was suitable. The room itself was clean and decent, creating a relaxing environment overall. A satisfying and stress-free visit.”
