“We bought a package and for a few times we went, the masseuse that we had asked for were not there or were not on time. The timing for the massage was assigned by them and they could not keep the time. And we have heard this excuse more than once..."Oh the staff that booked your massage is new and they messed up the times." They should confirm the massage the day before via text so that bith parties are assured that everything starts on time. The staff delivering the massages are great...wish they were backed up by a better admin.”
